In this dance improvisation class, we strengthen the relationship between our physicality and our imagination. Prompts are designed to facilitate a soft brain and responsive skin so that our thoughts happen at the same moment as our actions. Group play, inspired by Viewpoints, encourages generosity and collective discovery.
